The Anmeate baby monitor surpassed my expectations.In the picture I included, you’ll see how far away I was from my house (the light green house) before I began to lose connection.. the monitor camera was upstairs in a bedroom and the picture remained clear up until that point.The ability to move the camera view around the room is amazing. If your baby escapes the crib, you’ll be able to see it all happening hahaThe included lullabies are cute and soothing and to top it all off, you can not only hear what’s going on in the room where the camera is, but you can speak through it too!!The night vision is also pretty impressive.Battery life is great.Overall, the monitor is VERY easy to use, hands down a great value for the money and has a good warranty too although this seems to be pretty solidly built so I doubt you would even need it! The media could not be loaded.  This baby monitor is half the price of the one I had from VTech and works just as well if not better! You can do a 360 pan around the room so you can literally see everything (see video). My VTech one didn’t do that. The night vision is great, I’d say it was on par with the VTech one I had. The music on mine is out of tune and skips a little, but when I contacted the company about it they said not to have it near any appliances or WiFi routers so I’m wondering if maybe I just can’t get it far enough away from that stuff for it to work. Honestly that’s a feature I don’t really care about anyway so it doesn’t make a difference to me. You can also zoom, change the volume, and talk through it. The sound is very clear! The battery life is awesome and I love the size of the monitor. the screen is big but the monitor itself is thin enough where I can pop in the little stand and carry it around and it’s smaller than my phone. AND, something most people probably aren’t thinking about but should, is the type of adapter connection to the monitor on this one is NOT a mini usb. I have had so many problems with the mini usb connections failing after a couple months of use. That’s why I had to replace the VTech one! This is a great little monitor. The set up is super easy and the picture and sound quality are very good. I was surprised how good the night vision was. I love how I can pan the camera and take the hand help screen wherever I want. An added bonus is you can talk to your baby and play lullabies! The only thing I would change is I wish the camera base was chargeable so it didn’t have to be plugged in all the time. That would make it much easier to move around wherever the baby is. The screen is chargeable so you have no cords.All in all this is a great device to have not only for monitoring babies but it would also be great for monitoring someone who is ill, an elderly person or even you pets! I mean no disrespect in writing this review I respect the work and time businesses and workers put in to create a product. I only write this for parents who want a good monitor of their special one(s) and for constructive criticism to the workers involved in the product. I have another baby monitor that works great but needed another camera so I got this one. This baby monitor system freezes often and could sometimes take minutes to load. I work in a huge building and I'm trying to decide which video camera I want to use for security. In the meantime, I bought a baby monitor to I could see if someone came in while I was on the opposite side. This little camera can see in the pitch black back hallway 1000sf away from the monitor, and has great audio capabilities, too. The last camera I bought had a really big monitor, but this one could fit right in my hand. There are a million camera to choose from so I feel lucky! Read more

I bought this item because if it’s great reviews and it worked well for two weeks. The monitor I had on my end had a frozen screen picture and when I moved the camera I noticed it didn’t change. I don’t know how long this went on and my love one what’s up without me knowing. I tried to turn off and restart with no luck it won’t even turn off. I’m going to let the battery die and see if I can reset it. This wasn’t cheap and I am very unhappy and concerned. Read more

Pros: Monitor is a nice size and easily portable. AC adapters are interchangeable between the camera and monitor. Pan and tilt controls are easily operated.Cons: To start, I’m extremely disappointed with the range of this monitor. I understand that walls can certainly degrade the signal, but with only 2 walls and 75 ft between camera and monitor, this is hardly a 1000 ft range device. Even when we do have a connection, it is choppy at best. The camera has to be set across the room in order to see our child in his crib. The unzoomed view is really zoomed in. Battery life isn’t spectacular either. We leave the video on constantly, as our son often wakes quietly, and it will last for a little over 2 hours. It’s quite inconvenient when we visit parents and put our son to bed at their house. Have to bring both AC adapters. Also, other controls buried within the menus are not very intuitive.Overall, upon initial use we wanted to love this monitor. Packaging and components looked and felt very nice. We were able to look past the other minor cons of this product, but the actual range has been a deal breaker for us. Read more
