The media could not be loaded.  I really wanted to give this 5 stars because there is so much to like. Crystal clear images, eco mode that only turns on when baby makes noise, great battery life, accurate temperature sensor, no service issues in a 2 story home.The only nuances are minor. You use the same controls to move the camera as you do to turn volume as well as brightness up and down (see associated video). You have to hit the arrow button then use the controls to move the camera where you would like. If you don’t hit that button first, you are adjusting the volume or brightness. Lastly, there is a pretty bright blinking green light that is on at all times the monitor is on. Lights bother me at night so I leave mine face down as a simple fix. I purchased this product to monitor my mother at night. I'm a caregiver and my mom is bedridden. I needed a way to hear her in the middle of the night should she need any assistance. In summary: We wanted a simple, straightforward video monitor for our baby, and find this to fulfill our expectations. I feel content with my purchase.Pros:- affordable- easy to install. Came with a screw and drywall kit, but the unit is so light we were able to use a tiny nail and reduce wall damage.- clear image & sound, and the little prop on the back of the parent unit is actually really nice.- controls are simple. Some people seemed to find the manual switch between moving the camera and sound/ brightness to be annoying, but I didn't see any problem with this. The buttons are clearly marked.- the temperature setting is helpful.Cons:- the battery doesn't feel very strong; I usually leave it plugged in at night because I don't trust it to stay charged with the video/ audio on. To be fair, I've never had it die during use... The battery indicator just drops quickly ( down to one bar within 6 hours of use)- The ECO setting seems almost unusable. On "high" it never shuts off, and on "low" it doesn't seem to activate at all. I might just be understanding this setting wrong, but the instructions aren't super clear about how it works.- The screen is bright even on the lowest setting, so during the night I usually put it screen-down and just use the audio. Not a huge problem, just good to know.Last thing: the seller offered a $25 Amazon card with activation of the warranty, they did not require a 5-star review for this, but did encourage me to write a review. Let me start by saying I’ve looked up baby monitors for many many mths now. My daughter was born in August & I was looking for one since before then until a few days ago. All the ones I’ve seen have had such mixed reviews, some have had a lot of good ones but I was still super hesitant. As I’ve researched on here I never came across this one, until a few days ago it popped up, unsure if it’s newer or what but never seen in all the times I searched for baby monitors. Anyways, the reviews it did have seemed pretty decent & I decided to give it a shot. Idk why over all the others I chose this, I think I was overwhelmed with all the others & all the mixed reviews. Anyways with that said, I’ve used this one for a few hrs so far & I’m pretty pleased, hoping it stays that way, I’ll update later on. When it comes to quality on baby monitors, I don’t think it needs to be superb unless you spend a lot on it. Then I can see why you’d expect that. But quite honest as long as it’s clear and you can see the baby pretty well, I call that good quality. When it comes to this one it has exactly that. I can see my baby rather well. It also doesn’t lag which I like. A nanny cam I have if I wave my hand it front if it, it takes a sec for it to pick it up. This one doesn’t. The night vision is good, again it’s great quality when your just trying to see your baby & then moving around. I can see mine just fine. The sound is great as well. The room temp thing I couldn’t tell you how that is bc I don’t know what the room temp is anyways. I’m unsure how I’d determine if that was accurate. I didn’t need that option. Overall I think it’s worth the money and I hope it holds up and continues to be as good as it is now. We will see. Read more

Plugged it in and it seemed to work well. Got it lined up with my baby’s crib and waited until we could use it. Nap time came and I laid him down and grabbed the monitor to keep an eye on him. And it instantly didn’t work, it constantly said “waiting for connection”. Even after following the directions and resetting it with the small button on the back it wouldn’t work. Turning it on and off, turning it off and waiting awhile then turning it back on, you name it we tried. Husband looked up the company and couldn’t find anything either. Not worth the hassle. So far, so good. I haven’t used this monitor for very long but so far, it has everything I am looking for in a baby monitor. This monitor comes with a lifetime warranty which is really cool considering this is my 3rd baby monitor in 3 years. I really like the Eco mode. I didn’t have this feature in my $200 baby monitor that I previously had. Also, I also wish the volume could go a bit higher but overall, I am very pleased with this monitor and its price. Read more
